Fans Previously Followed Steve Sr.’s Legal Battles As The Show Aired Its Second Season
On The McBee Dynasty, viewers came to know the titular family and their drama as they manage their cattle and farming business in Missouri. The show recently came to Bravo for its second season.
This season also wrapped up as “Wedding Bells and Jail Cells” aired on September 1, 2025. With this, fans have also been asked questions about family patriarch Steve Sr.
Viewers have followed the family as news came to light that Steve Sr. was under FBI investigation. As confirmed by the season finale of The McBee Dynasty‘s latest season, Steve Sr. pleaded guilty to insurance fraud back in November 2024.
Steve Sr. currently faces up to 30 years in federal prison. As previously reported, part of Steve Sr.’s plea deal ensured that Steve Sr.’s family should be protected against further charges concerning the case.
Steve Sr.’s sentencing is also expected to happen soon. According to DTN, it is scheduled for September 9, 2025.
During the recent episode, Steven Jr. shared, “I have no idea what the future holds with my dad’s situation.” He also noted, “There’s a lot of tough times ahead. My end goal is to make sure that this farm is here, not only for our kids, but our kids’ kids.”
Steve Sr.’s Personal Life Also Became A Topic Of Discussion During The Finale
As the season drew to a close, fans were also given more information about Steve Sr.’s personal life. Kristi McBee shared that she forgave Galyna in spite of her previous affair with Steve Sr. She noted, “Galyna apologized to me, and I’m not bitter with her at all.”
“I mean, she’s gone through enough herself. I don’t have any ill will towards her. How could I? I wouldn’t ever want to punish her; she’s getting punished enough.”
While speaking with The Daily Dish, it was also shared that Kristi was currently in a better place with Steve Sr. himself. Steven Jr. noted, “I can honestly say now, my mom and dad have the best relationship they’ve ever had. Which is awesome. I mean, we get together as family and eat dinner two or three times a week. My mom will drive to the farm, and we’ll all go over to my dad’s lodge and he’ll cook out for everyone.”
Masha also became a topic of discussion during the finale. Jesse noted, when asked if she and Steve Sr. were still together after filming, “He would say no.” Steven Jr., however, noted, “He would say no, but, yes, she’s still up at the farm. We see her car passing. He tries to hide it and he tries not to tell us whenever she’s over.”
