What Did Kim Zolciak Spend Daughters’ Money On?
Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak, has owned up to spending her daughter’s money. Kim shared with Andy Cohen that she had to tap into Ariana and Brielle Biermann’s money during her divorce from Kroy Biermann. Kim Zolciak Explains Why She Spent Her Daughter’s Money
Ariana Biermann accused her mother, Kim Zolciak, of spending all of her and her sister Brielle’s money. Ariana claimed that Kim and her ex-husband Kroy Biermann spent all of the money the girls made from filming with Bravo as children. Andy Cohen asked Zolciak about her daughter’s claim during a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She told Andy:
“Actually, the rug was pulled out from [under] the Zolciaks, and yeah, I mean, Ariana’s money was spent on bills, to be honest, I was left, you know, holding the bag for the family.”
Kim Zolciak got into the nitty-gritty of what her children’s money was used for. She said, “Brielle paid an electric bill here and there.” Kim told Andy Cohen that she had to be careful about discussing specifics as her divorce from Kory Biermann is still ongoing. She did elaborate, “I was left with nothing. So I had to figure it out fast.” Zolciak claims she only spent the girls’ money out of necessity.
Kim Zolciak Repays Her Daughter’s
Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak, had to spend her children’s money out of necessity during her divorce to keep the electricity on. Andy Cohen was curious if she planned on paying her girls, Ariana and Brielle Biermann, back for what money she used. Kim told Andy:
“Yes. The money I borrowed from Ariana, I paid her back. I’m saying for the bills and stuff. And as far as what she’s made and all that stuff, I don’t have the spreadsheets, but she will be.”
Kim Zolciak’s daughter Ariana opened up about her mother’s financial struggles. The 23-year-old candidly spoke about the situation:
“Money makes things awkward, and I hate what money can do to people. I really have tried to not ever let it affect me and my mom’s relationship — she’s my best friend in the world. It was no one’s goal for this to be the way that it was, and we haven’t let it affect us.”
Ariana Biermann confirmed her mother’s claims that she is paying the girls back. She said that Kim Zolciak “Is very good at paying me back.” Ariana had told her mother, “Don’t worry about it,” regarding the money. However, her mother has held true to her word that the girls should be returned what they earned. In addition, Ariana said, “My mom always pays me back,” she continued, “It’s definitely gotten better. She’s working really hard.”
