‘McBee Dynasty’ Home For Sale Amid Massive Debt

The McBee Dynasty cast’s home is now for sale amid a massive debt lingering over them. The millions that they owed were discussed in the Season 2 premiere, but they have been floundering for a while. So, which house is up for grabs and what is the asking price? Keep reading for more details.
McBee Home For Sale Amid Massive Debt
There are a lot of problems that the cast has faced on the hit reality series, McBee Dynasty. They have relationship issues, the brothers bicker, and patriarch Steve McBee is just trying to keep it all together. As seen in the Season 2 premiere, Steve has left the show due to personal and professional problems. He and his longtime girlfriend and the CFO of the farm, Galyna Saltkovska, parted ways. Steve moved on with Galyna’s best friend, and that was a disaster. At the same time, off-camera, he was facing 30 years in prison for federal crop insurance fraud.

His son, Steven, took over the farm but admitted that they were in immense debt. They were getting rid of land left and right, and then Cole McBee got land without consulting anyone. That being said, the question was how they would get out of the hole. One fan noted how Steven kept stating they needed $6 million by the end of the year, likely 2024. That led them to wonder about the family’s Nashville home, which has been used as an Airbnb. Now, it seems that their Nashville residence has been officially listed for one and a half million dollars.

It was built in 2019, is 2,805 square feet, and boasts four bedrooms plus five bathrooms. Furthermore, the ad for the house boasts that it was featured on McBee Dynasty and has five stars on Airbnb. It was listed on June 26th, 2025, and there is also a security gate for extra protection. This home is stunning, and it is unlikely that it will be on the market for long. However, can it keep the family out of debt, or just a partial solution?
Any Fan Takers?
After McBee Dynasty fans saw that the Nashville home was up for sale, did anyone show any interest? This house has so much going on, but is it too much? Many felt that the sons were so disrespectful to the home and treated it like a playhouse. More so, they trashed it, and others just did not find the appeal, mainly because there is a massive mural on the home. Additionally, viewers saw it as more of a bachelor pad than a family home:
- That place is hideous 🫣. Did Brooke design it? Bc that would explain it. Tacky.
- They treated that place like a college frat house.
- I like the stove. That’s all I got.
It was also believed to have been worth much more than it was selling for, despite the mural. At the end of the day, the cash will definitely help the family in some capacity. As for their $6 million debt that was due at the end of 2024, maybe they got an extension. Hopefully, it will play out on the show this season.
Are you surprised that the home is up for sale, and do you think that they are selling it too cheaply? Finally, would you want to live there? Let us know your thoughts, and watch McBee Dynasty Mondays on Bravo.
