Bachelorette Runner-Up Reveals He’s Engaged
Peter Kraus was a contestant on Rachel Lindsay’s season of The Bachelorette. He made it to the finale, and Rachel struggled between choosing him or Bryan Abasolo. But the decision was made for her when Peter Kraus told her he wasn’t ready to propose and left the show.
Rachel accepted Bryan Abasolo’s proposal, and they married in 2019. Their marriage lasted four years before he filed for divorce at the beginning of 2024. Rachel Lindsay is rumored to be dating a country singer.
While Rachel Lindsay has married and divorced in the eight years since her Bachelorette season, Peter Kraus has patiently waited for the one. He finally found her and didn’t waste time proposing.

Peter Kraus and Hana Ostapchuk gathered with their friends and family on a lake to watch fireworks on July 3rd. But the real fireworks happened when he got down on one knee to propose.
“Throughout it all, it was always you. I just had to find you,” he captioned the sweet post announcing their engagement. He thanked her fiance’s parents and his own parents for their “blessings and love.”
