A jury has recently announced their verdict concerning Sean “Diddy” Combs over his September indictment. This comes out after the jury deliberated for around 13 hours to make their decision.

The Jury Reached A Verdict On All Five Counts After Previously Reaching A Partial Verdict

Diddy has originally been indicted this past September over a variety of charges. Following this, the mogul had spent time behind bars in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

Over the ensuing months, Diddy’s legal team had sought to see the mogul released on house arrest. However, these plans were dropped after a third bail proposal was rejected by a judge. Diddy’s trial started back on May 12, 2025.

It was previously announced that Combs faced five criminal counts. According to NBC News, this included “one count of racketeering conspiracy; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.” Combs has denied the allegations against him.

On June 2, 2025, the jury announced their verdict on all five charges concerning Diddy. Reportedly, they deliberated for 13 hours across a period of three days to reach their decision.

Diddy was found not guilty on the first count of racketeering conspiracy, the second count of sex trafficking of his ex-girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, and the fourth count of sex trafficking his former girlfriend “Jane.”

However, Diddy was found guilty of the third and fifth counts. This included two counts concerning the Mann Act Transportation of Casandra Ventura and “Jane,” respectively.

On Wednesday, June 2, 2025, deliberations entered their third day concerning the Diddy case. Beforehand, the jurors claimed to have reached a partial verdict the previous afternoon. At the time, the jurors were able to reach a verdict on four of the counts, but couldn’t decide on the racketeering charge.

On Wednesday, Combs could be seen at the defense table at 9 AM. The music mogul was with one of his attorneys, Marc Agnifilo. Previously, the prosecution argued that Combs was part of a “criminal enterprise.” It was claimed that Diddy, his businesses, and his employees carried out crimes including kidnapping, arson, and sex trafficking. Meanwhile, the defense had argued that Diddy’s freak-off parties were part of his personal sex life with his partners and not part of a criminal enterprise.

Judge Arun Subramanian previously told the jury to consider a few elements to determine whether Diddy violated the RICO Act. This included whether there was some agreement, between at least to people, to participate in a criminal enterprise, if Combs willingly agreed to serve as a member in such an enterprise.
