‘RHOM’ Dr. Exposes Larsa Pippen’s BBL & Nose Job?

Larsa Pippen’s BBL & Nose Job Exposed By Doc?
Longtime RHOM fans know that Larsa Pippen does not look the same as she did when the hit Bravo series first began. Yes, that was 2011, and she was in her mid to late thirties, but her evolution has been unreal. Her face is scarily different, and she does not even look like a semblance of her OG self. It is sad that these ladies do not know when to stop and are constantly searching for the fountain of youth. Now, a plastic surgeon is spilling the tea on what Larsa likely had done to complete her transformation.
It seems that she has had her eyes done, her face is tighter, and her chest is much larger. Dr. Christopher Costa, who has not treated Larsa, broke down all of her procedures, and they are lengthy. He shared that she went through a lot, and it is all very drastic. She did not opt for anything minor or natural, but rather over the top. Dr. Costa feels that Larsa had lipo in her torso, plus a BBL (Brazilian butt lift) as a way to accentuate her curvy figure. Additionally, he thinks she underwent a breast enhancement for volume to give her the Season 7 look she flaunts.

There are also alleged fillers and the look of a nose job, just to lift and refine. The fifty-year-old has admitted that she has had work done on her nose, lips, and breasts. However, she has stated she did not have a BBL or lipo, and it is solely due to her diet. As for Dr. Costa, he maintains that the RHOM OG went in for surgery knowing exactly what she wanted. More so, it was something that happened with time.
Too Much, Too Far
Larsa Pippen shared a photo of herself posing just a few days ago, and RHOM fans hopped into the comments. They could not believe what she had done to herself and how far she had taken it. Furthermore, they questioned her self-confidence and how bad it must be to go so far with the surgery:

Some also stated that she was trying way too hard to look like her old friend, Kim Kardashian. Yet, they let her know that she was failing. Dr. Costa did compare Larsa to Kim and even Blac Chyna with her cheekbones. It is sad that she has gone so far and cannot embrace her natural beauty. However, if she is happy, that is all that matters.
