‘Bachelor’ Sean Lowe ‘Weeping’ Over Daughter’s Sweet Moment

Bachelor Nation fans love Sean Lowe and his wife so much that they often forget his love life before her. He was a contestant on Emily Maynard’s season of The Bachelorette. He came in third place and was named the Season 17 Bachelor. The show premiered in 2013. After weeks of handing out roses, he gave his final one to Catherine Giudici. He also gave her an engagement ring after she said “Yes” to his proposal.
The couple married in a TV wedding in 2014 that was watched by millions. His father officiated the ceremony. Her father, who recently passed away, played an important role in the nuptial, too, when he walked her down the aisle.
The popular Bachelor couple recently dealt with a traumatic situation when their rescue dog attacked Sean multiple times, including once in front of the kids. But the sad situation only made the family more grateful for the little moments.
Sean Lowe loves being a girl dad. He recently revealed a sweet moment with his daughter that left him “weeping.” Keep reading to find out what happened.
Sean & Catherine’s Three Kids
After Sean and Catherine Lowe got married in 2014, they didn’t waste time starting a family together. They welcomed their first son, Samuel, on July 16, 2016. He’ll turn nine next month. Their second son, Isaiah, 7, arrived in May of 2018.
The Bachelor star finally became a girl dad with the arrival of their third child, Mia, 6. The couple seem content with three kids, but never say never. Another alum from the show, Arie Luyendyk Jr., is expecting baby number four after reversing the vasectomy he had a few years ago.
Catherine Giudici Shows Major Difference Between Raising Girls Vs. Raising Boys
The Lowes are serious about raising their kids, but also have fun with being parents. They both love to post silly videos of their family life on social media. And with three young kids, it adds up to a lot of content.
Catherine Giudici Lowe recently took to Instagram to share a major difference between raising boys and raising girls. The video starts with Mia eating ice cream from a small container. While her lips are stained with ice cream, she generally is very neat about eating the ice cream.
In comparison, her older brother Isaiah has a different way of eating ice cream. In the video, he spreads the ice cream on his leg with a spoon. He then leans over and licks the tasty treat off his leg. “This is just an Isaiah page now,” Catherine joked in the caption.

Several of her followers chalked it up to him being a middle child. One fan wrote, “Middle child! My middle boy is always up to something!! But they have a LOT of love to give too!”
Another added, “He’s hilarious – total middle child energy.”
But it was Mia who brought Sean Lowe to tears.
Bachelor Sean Lowe ‘Weeping’ Over Daughter’s Sweet Moment
Mia recently graduated from Pre-K. As with many young girls, she loves dancing and takes dance classes. Sean Lowe opened up to E! News about the sweet moment his little girl took the stage. She was dressed like a bumblebee and performed a bumblebee dance. The Bachelor star said it ripped his heart out seeing his daughter on the stage. But that wasn’t what made him cry.
Sean Lowe previously joked that Mia was growing up too fast. After the recital, the family returned home and he watched the movie Father of the Bride. The 1991 movie stars Steve Martin and Kimberly Williams (Paisley) as father and daughter. During the movie, Steve Martin’s character struggles to accept that his little girl is all grown up.
Realizing that he will face that someday is what sent Sean Lowe “weeping.” “Yes, it’s very difficult. But it’s also a short chapter of life. And when it’s gone, it’s gone,” he said about raising kids.
