‘American Idol’ John Foster Sells Out Louisiana Show In 30 Minutes

As American Idol fans saw during the conclusion of Season 23 of the popular reality singing competition, it came down to a final choice between John Foster and Jamal Roberts. Ultimately, it was Jamal who took the crown. However, making it all the way to the end ensured that John Foster grew an impressive fanbase as well.

Foster Sells Out Show In Record Time

John Foster has an upcoming August 2 show at The Texas Club in Baton Rouge. The show sold out in record time. Because of this, the venue added a second show to accommodate the demand to see the American Idol runner-up. This additional show will take place on August 1.
General Admission for this show costs $40.75, while VIP tickets are going for $137.40. In many ways, this is a bargain. So, in this aspect, it’s not surprising why the tickets are selling out so fast. When you consider the prices, along with the fact that this venue is an intimate space that can only hold 1,350 people, it certainly makes sense.
John Foster Has A Bright Future After American Idol
With many people curious about what someone like John Foster would do after his time on American Idol, it’s clear based on selling out this recent venue that the future of his music career is secure, even if he did not win the title on this most recent season.
Foster appeared at CMA Fest, and he even made his Grand Ole Opry debut in Nashville recently as well. So, his star will more than likely continue to rise as he continues to perform at venues across the country, and his fans surely love to see it.
