JoJo Siwa Shares She Would ‘Die For’ Chris Hughes
Singer and media personality JoJo Siwa has a new love in her life: English television personality Chris Hughes. Recently, the singer has shared some insight into her new relationship. At the time, Siwa shared she would “die” for her new beau.
JoJo Siwa Got Her Start In Reality TV & Recently Found Love With Another Reality Show Alum
Many fans were introduced to Siwa after she appeared on the reality series, Dance Moms. Since then, she’s had a variety of ventures, from music to her own line of hair bows. In 2017, she signed with Nickelodeon, appearing in a variety of films and television shows.
In addition, Siwa has appeared in a variety of reality series. This includes Dancing with the Stars and The Masked Singer.
While appearing on Celebrity Big Brother, Siwa met Chris Hughes. For his part, Hughes is known for appearing on the third series of Love Island. He also briefly pursued a music career as part of the group, with Love Island alum Kem Cetinay as part of the group, Chris & Kem.
JoJo and Chris would soon become known for their whirlwind romance. For her part, Siwa recently spoke about their relationship with Billboard.
Siwa shared, “It blows my mind that 30 days ago I would never have even imagined that I would be friends with Chris Hughes, that’s the weirdest thing, much less be one of the closest people to me, now in my life, who I would die for.” As the publication noted, fans saw Hughes defend Siwa’s honor after receiving homophobic comments on the show.
“I think it’s a combination of the shared experience but also in Big Brother, you have no phone, no outside communication, no distraction, nothing. You only have each other. I love connecting and I love people and when someone comes into your life and you enjoy it, you can tell.”
Siwa also shared that she has faced criticism for the relationship. As she shared, “It’s really hard because people tear it apart. “I understand if you have no context why people tear things apart…”
Siwa Also Teased Which Show She’d Like To Appear On In The Future
“There’s people going through this same thing that I’m going through. There’s somebody who’s identified as one sexuality and then maybe had this realization within themselves but they don’t now feel they can’t change or grow.”
Touching on comments concerning her previous relationships and her own identity, Siwa shared, “I’ve dated beautiful women, I’ve dated beautiful nonbinary people, I have dated men… but I realize that’s just who I am. I realize for myself that I just like humans.”

Even with plenty of famous shows under her belt, Siwa also shared some other reality show ambitions. For starters, she shared she’d like to appear on The Traitors. She also wanted to pitch her own series with friends from Dancing With the Stars, Special Forces, and Big Brother.
