The Price Is Right Fans Are Not Happy With Selfish Move
The Price Is Right fans are not happy with a really cut-throat move by a player on a recent episode of the show. Fans went to social media to talk about what they felt was really tacky. The OG poster pointed out that someone outbid an individual with a serious illness.
The poster said, “Imagine outbidding a cancer patient by $1? Not much of a…. Blessing…. Edit: also it seems like contestants who bid $1 over get crappy prizes to win when they’re up. Maybe that’s just anecdotal but seems to be what I’ve noticed.”
Fans had a lot to say about it, with very few agreeing with what this contestant did. Fans could not believe someone could be that cut-throat with someone who has cancer.

Here is what some fans had to say:
- “this dude bidding under by a dollar is blowing my mind.”
- “I know, right? It’s called competition and if you want to win you play your best game.”
- “It’s cutthroat on the Price is Right stage”
- “I know. Still think it says a lot about a person though.”
-
“Who cares? It’s a game. Sorry the guy has cancer but I want to win a car.”
There were many people who felt like a person should do whatever it takes to win. Even more, still felt like it was a tacky move to make. Some pointed out that they hope the person loses based on their cut-throat ways.

Secrets You Didn’t Know About Drew Carey
In a recent interview, The Price Is Right announcer George Gray revealed a ritual that he and Drew Carey have that they do before every single episode.
He said everyone on the show is like family. Gray even said that he calls Drew Carey his work wife. As for their morning ritual, he said, “We see each other in the morning before we go on stage, and we’ll walk past each other like the old Wile E. Coyote cartoons from Warner Brothers. ‘Morning, Sam, Martin, Ralph.’ We’ll say that to each other. And then, we really chat for the first time.”
When there are commercial breaks, these two men do not leave the stage. They sit there and chat and have fun with the audience and each other. They will make small talk and ask about each other’s weekends.
Gray revealed that the favorite part of the show for both him and Drew Carey is just goofing off and hanging out with the audience. They like to have on set, and they do.
What do you think about fans being outraged by the cut-throat move made by a player to beat another contestant with cancer?
