‘Love Island USA’ Fans Livid After Contestant Drops Racist Remark
Love Island USA fans are already disgruntled with a contestant. The new season just premiered Tuesday night, but fans are already wanting to see one person hit the road. Why all the hate? One of the current contestants was reportedly dropping racist remarks on more than one occasion. Who is it, and what did they say? Keep reading to find out more.
Love Island USA Fans Want Contestant Voted Off
Love Island USA fans are not happy with one contestant, and the premiere only occurred Tuesday night. Ever since the Season 7 cast list dropped, fans have been scoping out the contestants and finding out things about them.
One particular contestant has a bad look. Yulissa Escobar has two different videos circulating online in which she drops racist remarks, and fans are not happy. If fans get their way, they will vote her off as soon as the opportunity presents itself.
What exactly did she say? Yulissa reportedly used the N-word on two separate podcasts. She casually dropped the word not once but three times as if it were nothing. The topic she was discussing was messy men drama, according to TMZ.

Love Island USA has been filming for some time now, even though the premiere just hit Peacock Tuesday night. So, even though she’s already well into the season, fans are not happy and are still vowing to vote her off.
It’s been noticed that her Instagram comments have been limited since news broke of her racist remarks. Chances are, family and friends rushed in to do quick damage control. One of her friends even jumped into a conversation to defend Yulissa. She said, “lol… y’all act like you never said the N word before, stop being so f***ing sensitive.”

What Fans Are Saying
Even though Yulissa limited comments on her own Instagram, fans are still commenting on Love Island USA’s official Instagram Page. Here is what some of them are saying,
- “I just saw Yulissa using the n word.. yeah, enjoy your 1 week in the villa babygirl 😂”
- “yall do know this show for finding love not their backgrounds right 💀”

The comments continued with more fans asking which app they have to download to be able to vote to have her kicked off the island.
So far, fans have not been able to hear from Yulissa herself regarding these remarks she made during podcast interviews. If fans get their way and she’s booted out, chances are she will address the controversy that is now surrounding her.
The premiere on Tuesday night actually caused even more fan frustration as the show as delayed an entire 40 minutes.
New episodes of Love Island USA will air every night on Peacock except on Wednesdays.
