While promoting the new season of Mama June: Family Crisis, Alana Thompson was praised for how she handled herself. She has grown a lot over the last few years and presents herself in an incredible manner. More so, she is on her nursing school journey, which has fans celebrating her achievements. At the same time, she donned a flowing, empire waist dress, and it led followers to think she was expecting. This has been speculated about in the past, but she gave even more clues. Alana was seen holding her belly several times, and is carrying as if she has a baby on the way.
Yes, she has long struggled with her weight, and that has been no secret. However, this is very different, and she looks like she is several months along. Of course, she has not said anything about what is going on because she is very busy. She has the new season and school, plus fans have praised her for breaking the generational cycle of teen pregnancy. Now, her sister, Pumpkin Efird, shared a snap of Alana on Friday, May 30th, where she is seen holding her tummy. She is donning a T-shirt, bike shorts, and Crocs as her hand is resting on her stomach.
Some Mama June fans felt that Pumpkin and Alana Thompson were “trolling” fans. They likely know that there are rumors floating around, so they are having fun with it. Another noted that if Alana were pregnant, the family would sell the pics and story to whoever paid the most. This could have already happened, but it is not set for a later date. They may not have wanted to detract from the season premiere, but it is far too late.

Mama June fans were very torn as to whether or not Alana Thompson was pregnant. They cited that she already had a tummy, so this all could be for fun. At the same time, the way her hand placement is and the look of the bump are different than in the past. She and her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, have been together for around four years, and they live together. Therefore, this could happen, but fans wanted a better life for Alana:
