RHOA Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Sentenced For DUI
Kim Zolciak’s two eldest children, Brielle and Ariana, were featured on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta while she was on the Bravo show. She quit the show during Season 5 but landed a spinoff about her 2011 wedding to NFL player Kroy Biermann.
Kim and Kroy had four biological children during their marriage: Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane. However, it’s Brielle, 28, and Ariana, 23, who are constantly in the news. Ariana Biermann was arrested on DUI charges in 2022 when she was just 20 years old.
The legal battle finally reached a conclusion when the judge handed down a sentence. The Bravo star took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to some of the charges. She copped to reckless driving and possession and use of drug-related objects, but the other charges were dropped, including the DUI charge.
The guilty plea will keep Ariana from serving jail time. Instead, she was sentenced to 24 months of probation, fines over $2,000, and 40 hours of community service.
Furthermore, she’s not allowed to drink and has to attend a Victim Impact program. Despite pleading out on the charges, she denied guilt. “Despite her desire to fight this case, she took advantage of the opportunity to put this matter behind her and focus her energy on all the positive endeavors in her life,” her lawyer said in a statement to Page Six.
