‘On Patrol: Live’ Adds Oklahoma Department To Weekend Lineup
Watching police officers take down the bad guys is always a popular choice to watch on television. These shows give viewers an insight into what officers do and the difficult, bizarre calls they have to deal with. On Patrol: Live follows police departments all over the country as cops set out to catch the bad guys. This week, an Oklahoma department will be joining the series. On Patrol: Live Heads To Oklahoma
On Patrol: Live was renewed in January for 90 episodes, which will carry the show through 2025 and into early 2026. The show airs on Friday and Saturday nights for three hours, which brings another 270 hours of police action.
The show sends camera crews out with police officers in various cities across the country to get a glimpse into what they do. Everything that happens is caught on camera.
On Patrol: Live launched in 2022 and continues to be popular and going strong on Reelz. When looking for which police departments the show wants to send camera crews, they look at the diverse situations that happen in that particular place. Obviously, bigger cities with high crime make the cut fairly easily.
This week, the show will be following police officers from the Moore, Oklahoma, Police Department. The department shared a post on Facebook announcing their participation. The post featured a photo of an officer standing by his patrol car.
The announcement read,

What Fans Are Saying About Moore Being Added
On Patrol: Live fans are excited to see Moore, Oklahoma, featured this weekend. Residents of Oklahoma chimed in on the announcement and shared their thoughts. One person they will be watching to see how many people they know get their fifteen minutes of fame.
There were lots of jokesters on the post saying locations where they could go and find tons of crime happening. Some even joked about being on the show themselves if the cops could catch them.
Still other fans noted how much they loved seeing the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on the show a while back. There was a question asked regarding whether one of the current departments on the show is being cut since Moore is being added. The response was possibly Las Vegas because they rarely show them.
There will be lots of Oklahomans and many others nationwide tuning in to see what excitement the Moore Police Department can show during On Patrol: Live.
