Jessica Biel was recently a guest on The View, and she shared a shocking confession regarding how she helps save time amid her busy schedule. According to Biel, she has taken up snacking in the shower as a means to move things along in a smoother way.
Biel went on to say, “I don’t do sandwiches. I don’t do like, pastries. I have some boundaries! I’m not gonna eat a steak in there. But, you know what, I really like to drink my coffee in there. And then sometimes other things come in like, protein bars and stuff. It’s so gross and weird! I’m sorry!”

The View: Whoopi Goldberg Reacts To Strange Admission
As soon as Jessica Biel revealed this about herself, she got a look from Whoopi Goldberg. This led the actor to apologize profusely, believing that the pair’s friendship was over on account of her odd shower habits. While Whoopi assured her that the friendship was not in jeopardy, Whoopi did weigh in, as she often does on the show.
According to Whoopi Goldberg, she said, “No, no, I’m trying to think. That’s a lot of multitasking, ‘cause not only do you have to get away from the water, you have to get the food in your mouth, and then you’ve gotta get a towel, because some little kid’s about to get in.”
In response, Jessica Biel said, “I’m just doing what I have to do to get out on time. I got drop off at 8:30. I gotta get there!”
