What Kevin McGarry’s Nathan Grant Will Do In When Calls The Heart Season 13

Kevin McGarry portrays Nathan Grant in the long-running Hallmark series When Calls The Heart. The network recently renewed the series for Season 13. At the end of Season 12, Nathan and Allie left Hope Valley with Elizabeth and Little Jack. They were headed to Cape Fullerton. That is where Little Jack’s grandmother lives. Most importantly, this is where he can get the best possible treatment for his newly diagnosed diabetes.

However, Nathan is going to be dealing with something sinister that affects Hope Valley. New showrunner Joy Gregory has shared that Nathan and Bill (Jack Wagner) will need to be heroes as they protect the citizens. Gregory shared, “It’s gonna be a case that is deeply connected to the town in a really urgent, personal way.”

Over the past few years, Hope Valley has dealt with some bad actors who have wanted to take their water. Last season, they dealt with train robbers who buried their stolen treasure on a ranch. The next season will surely have another mystery woven into each episode.

In addition, Nathan will be there to support Elizabeth as she deals with her son’s chronic illness. This situation will strengthen their bond. Joy Gregory is looking forward to watching Nathan and Elizabeth’s relationship “mature.” Nathan will be there to support his love and help their blended family pivot to their new normal.

However, does this mean that the two could get engaged or even married? Anything is possible.
