It is official! Great American Media has announced that Candace Cameron Bure and Cameron Mathison are starring in Home Sweet Christmas Wedding. According to PR Newswire, Bure and Mathison are reprising their roles as Sophie and Sam. This Christmas movie sequel will be part of the Grey American Christmas fifth anniversary this holiday season.

Candace Cameron Bure and Cameron Mathison are starting in Home Sweet Christmas Wedding this holiday season. What is this movie about?
It is Christmastime. The snow has fallen and Sophie and Sam are basking in their love. However, the movie cameras are following their every move. The cameras want to capture their love for each other. While their reunion and romance is one for the books, the reality of how intrusive the cameras are is dampening that romance.
“At first, the process of art imitating life is like a fairy tale, but soon, the challenges of making the film start to threaten Sam and Sophie’s real-life wedding plans or lack thereof.” The couple feels “disconnected.” Furthermore, the studio is ready to stop the production.
Now, Sam and Sophie have to remember why they fell in love together. Next, Sam needs to salvage the movie, or his career is over. Can they work together to make this happen?
Viewers may remember that in the first movie, Sophie is a successful attorney who returns home because she inherited a maple farm. In addition, Sam, her childhood friend, also inherited a smaller portion of the farm. Soon, the two childhood friends decide that they want to keep the farm. They fix it up and fall in love.
