‘Clarkson’s Farm’: Jeremy Clarkson Makes Shock Announcement About Future Of Amazon Series

Just days after Amazon Prime has released the Clarkson’s Farm Season 4 preview video, Jeremy Clarkson has made a shock announcement about the future of the hit farm reality series. What did The Grand Tour star reveal about the series that features the Diddly Squat Farm?
Clarkson’s Farm Is Taking A Break After Season 5
Jeremy Clarkson’s hit Amazon Prime series is taking a break after filming Season 5. Speaking to The Sunday Times, he revealed that this could be the end of the series. However, they are open to return for Season 6 and beyond, “if there was a reason for doing it, like a bloody good story.”
Whatever happens we’ll definitely take a short break as the crews are all worn out.
He revealed that “We’ve been filming her two or three days a week, every week, for five years. Everybody could do with a rest.”
This means that there will be Season 4, which premieres on Friday, May 23, and Season 5 sometime in 2026. Therefore, viewers should not expect a season in 2027 or possibly beyond.
Jeremy, who pulled the plug on The Grand Tour, is not afraid of stopping a popular series. Always a consummate storyteller, if anything feels old, he is ready to move on. Yet, he has no intention of ever retiring. But, working as a farmer is already a grind. Adding five years of filming can add to the exhaustion.
Jeremy Clarkson Surprised By Popularity Of Farming Series
In the exclusive interview, the Clarkson’s Farm star admits he is surprised by the popularity of this farming series. He was known as a presenter and fast car driver on The Grand Tour and Top Gear. He considered himself “typecast.” “I thought, why would anybody who watches Top Gear or The Grand Tour want to watch this bucolic show about farming?
They did and it brought a whole new audience who’d never watched a single program I’d made.
Thankfully, his new-found audience gets two more seasons. Whether there will be a sixth season remains to be seen.
Clarkson’s Farm Season 4 Shows New Pub
The upcoming Season 4 of Clarkson’s Farm features a new addition to the team, Harriet Cowan. She is a nurse-farmer who helps out the Diddley Squat Farm while Kaleb Cooper goes on his comedy tour, and Lisa Hogan gets her own career going as well.
Also returning are Gerald Cooper, who was missing in Season 3 as he was battling cancer, as well as Charlie Ireland. In addition, Richard Hammond pays a visit to the farm and hopefully doesn’t crash any vehicles.
One big part of the new season is a pub. Jeremy decides to buy a pub to serve his farm products. However, this pub has not been updated to current standards. Therefore, there will be a lot of tearing down before they can make this establishment ready for the hoards of people who want to try it out.
Clarkson’s Farm fans, are you surprised by Jeremy’s announcement that they re taking a break after filming Season 5?
