‘Shark Tank’: Where To Buy Cricket’s Candy Creations
Shark Tank is set to unveil Cricket’s Candy Creations, which is based around a candy-making studio. In addition to offering a fun experience, the studio also offers take-home kits who kids to enjoy at home. Shark Tank has recently shared information on how fans can purchase the items themselves.
Cricket’s Candy Creations Was Created To Give Kids Some Levity During A Dark Time
Leila “Cricket” Azima has a background in food, but didn’t always think she’d open her own candy studio. She previously ran a cooking school, “The Creative Kitchen.” This school aimed to teach kids about healthy eating.
When the COVID-19 pandemic closed her programs, Azima switched to teaching online classes. However, she realize kids woul need something light and run.
Azima then switched to candy-making classes. Kids learned how to make things like candy sushi and edible paints or slime. Azima then noticed this got kids especially happy for the next class, as well as showing off their creations.
The virtual classes inspired Azima to develop places like this, where kids can explore their creativity with a candy studio. In 2023, Cricket’s Candy Creations opened in Tribeca. Designed to resemble a “candy wonderland,” the studio comes with all sorts of amenities.
An “edible slime studio” allows kids to make their own fruity goo. A “candy kitchen” allows kids to make pizzas and sushi out of gummy candies. There’s even a “lickable finger paint gallery” that lets kids make works of art they can eat. Another spot is the “piñata passage,” where candy rains down from the ceiling.
Shark Tank Also Teased Cricket’s Candy Creations’ Debut On Social Media
Kids can also take the fun home with them with special “take home kits.” These were especially designed with kids who couldn’t go to the studio in mind, making them easy to use.
The Cricket’s Candy Creations website allows those interested in purchasing kits, allowing them to join in on the fun without having to physically go to the studio.
This includes things like a “Candy Jewelry Craft” kit, a “Candy Sushi Craft” kit, “an “Edible Slime Craft” kit, and an “Edible Lickable Finger Paint Craft” kit. There are also bundles, gift cards, an other merchandise.
As noted on the Shark Tank products website, it was noted that the candy creations will be showcased on Episode 19 of Season 16. This will air on May 9, 2025.
Shark Tank has also teased the upcoming appearance of Cricket’s Candy Creations on its Instagram page. As it shared, “Got a sweet tooth? See if @cricketscandy scores a delicious deal on an all-new #SharkTank Friday at 8/7c on ABC! Stream on Hulu.”
In the comments, Cricket’s Candy Creations’ Instagram page even teased, “Still riding the sugar high from this day! We can’t wait for Friday!”
