Bachelor Clayton Echard Celebrates Indictment Of Laura Owens

A very happy and excited Clayton Echard went to Instagram on Tuesday evening to say that justice has finally been served. A grand jury formally indicted Laura Owens on 7 felony charges. Investigators determined that Owens altered ultrasound photos, fabricated pregnancy videos and lied under oath multiple times.

This situation has been ongoing since Clayton met and was social with Owens in May 2023. When he determined he did not want to pursue a romantic relationship with her, she began saying he impregnated her.

Echard adamantly denied the allegations and said they never had sexual intercourse. Owens would not back down and was even seen adjusting her fake pregnant stomach on camera. She would never present actual medical records, and it was proven early on in the investigation that she had stolen an ultrasound off the internet and tried to pass it off as her own.
