Kanye West Suing Dentist For Malpractice, Shocking Allegations
Kanye West is getting ready to sue his dentist for malpractice, and the reasoning is shocking. Additionally, his wife, Bianca Censori, is in on the suit. So, what happened with Kanye, and why is he taking this to court? Keep reading for further details on this matter.
Kanye West Suing Dentist For Malpractice
It has been noted that Kanye West was in an accident in the early 2000s. Therefore, his jaw was shattered, and he had to undergo intense dental procedures. More so, it has been noted that his breath is extremely foul due to the teeth he has, and that he needs constant alterations. Fans have questioned how Kim Kardashian could have been with him while having funky breath. She is the kind who can smell a cavity and is very nose sensitive, so this made little sense. He is now married to Bianca Censori, although their romance has been somewhat on and off.
Now, Kanye is suing his dentist, Dr. Thomas Connelly, with Bianca in on the suit. Allegedly, they are suing the dentist for malpractice, which includes fraudulent billing, giving him nitrous oxide and the intravenous anesthetic and sedative propofol, and more. Kanye was under his care from 2024 until early 2025. While he was a patient of Dr. Connelly, the mogul had the placement of “specialized prosthodontic work, a custom titanium crown,” plus other procedures. The doctor supposedly gave Kanye nitrous oxide and told him to administer it himself, with no assistance.

This was a bad decision in general, but did not pay attention to the rapper’s “clear adverse neurological and behavioral signs.” Per a letter outlining the doctor’s wrongdoings, this is what went down, and how Bianca played a part:
“Evidence shows that during the time Ye was under your care, you engaged in numerous inappropriate and dangerous practices that were far outside the bounds of any legitimate medical purpose or standard of care. These actions were not isolated incidents but rather part of a pattern of improper conduct by you from 2024 through 2025 while Ye was your patient. Ms. Censori, as Ye’s spouse, was a witness to and impacted by many of these events (some of which took place at their shared residence).”
So, because Bianca Censori saw what the outcome of Dr. Connelly’s treatments for Kanye West were, she is a huge factor. More so, she can testify to how Kanye reacted to whatever he was given.
Can He Win?
Given what Kanye West has accused his dentist of, can he win? The big question is why Bianca Censori did not immediately report what Kanye was experiencing or seek medical care. Allegedly, Kanye is attempting to blame his various outbursts that have occurred over the last year on his doctor. He also made an odd Super Bowl commercial where he was at the dentist, just to promote his website. Kanye’s lawyers have also alleged this in their letter for malpractice:
“On multiple occasions, you acknowledged in writing that your treatment of Ye was improper. In various communications (including text message exchanges and/or emails), you apologized to Ye and Ms. Censori and admitted that you had made mistakes in your treatment decisions.”
Again, it is unclear why Kanye West and Bianca Censori allowed this to go on as long as it did. More so, there does not appear to be any record of him seeking medical attention. Despite Kanye trying to blame the medication on his erratic behavior, he has a long history of being out of control.
