The group was founded by Amalfian merchants. Rick and Marty are curious about their presence on the island, making them think that they may have left treasures or artifacts during their stay.

According to the poster, they’ve dug up half of Nova Scotia and have gone on expensive trips. Not to mention, Rick and Marty have also invested in numerous expensive equipment only to find woods and cobblestones. However, they seemed unfazed by all the expenses, and they believe that it was because of the massive income they’re making from the show.

The episode will also feature Rick and Marty’s trip to Malta to learn more about the existence of the Knights of Malta on Oak Island.

The Curse of Oak Island show needs to end soon, many of those involved can (or should) apply for their pension, they have been at it that long!! Each episode now is more boring than the previous one. 😴
The show has gone on way too long for the meager results achieved! Should the team elect to continue, then if they eventually find something of interest, have a special program to close out the efforts, and bring a much needed closure!
