Ariana Biermann Joins Other Bravo Kids For New Show
Bravo fans watched Ariana Biermann grow up on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Her mom, Kim Zolciak, was an original cast member on the Real Housewives show. Kim left the show in Season 5 but has made several appearances over the years.
Now her daughter is following in her footsteps with a reality show on Bravo. Ariana Biermann teams up with RHOA‘s Riley Burruss, RHONJ starlet Gia Giudice, RHOSLC‘s Brooks Marks, and more celeb kids for a show about trying to make it in NYC on their own.
Next Gen NYC follows the young adults as they pursue careers and friendships in the Big Apple.
She Shares Update On Kim & Kroy’s Intense Divorce
When RHOA first started, Kim Zolciak was dating a mystery man she called “Big Poppa.” She got a lot of heat from viewers and her co-stars for her very married “sugar daddy.”
She started dating former football player Kroy Biermann in 2010. They married in 2011. The wedding prep and wedding was filmed for Bravo’s Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding. After the marriage, Kroy adopted Kim’s daughters, Brielle and Ariana. They also went on to have four children of their own, Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane.
Kim and Kroy both filed for divorce within days of each other in 2023. They tried to reconcile but had split up again a few months later. The divorce has gotten quite nasty with the cops being called multiple times.
It seems the divorce will continue to drag on the foreseeable future. “It’s been a really long divorce. [It’s been] two and a half f***ing years, and it’s still not even almost done,” Ariana told Us Weekly recently.
Is Her Mom Dating?
Ariana Biermann described her mother as her “best friend” to the outlet. She said that Kim Zolciak is thriving amid the tense divorce. “My mom is great. She just moved into a new house and she’s doing great,” she said.
Ariana said that is excited to see what’s next for her mom and that includes dating. After being married for over a decade, is the RHOA dating again?
According to her daughter, yes. Ariana revealed that Kim is dating again after her encouragement. “She’s exploring her options, and she should,” Ariana said about her mom’s dating life.
The Bravo star added, “She’s out there and she deserves it. I’m like, ‘Don’t get anything serious yet.’ I also tell her we’re in a totally different world than we once were [and] these people are f***ing crazy.”
Another thing Ariana Biermann is excited about is for Bravoholics to see her in a new light on Next Gen NYC. “A lot of the time, people still think I’m 12 years old,” she said about interactions with Bravo viewers. Ariana wants viewers to accept that she’s 23 now and she thinks the new show will help with that.
