The Hallmark Channel is premiering Love On The Danube: Love Song starring Nazneen Contractor and Wes Brown. What is this movie about? Sarah and Jack meet each other on a Riverboat cruise going down the Danube River. Sarah is traveling with her mom. She is scheduled to professionally sing at one port stop, in a theatre show. Meanwhile, Jack is traveling with his father.
Soon, Sarah and Jack figure out that their folks both love music. Therefore, they plan to accidentally run into each other so that they can get their parents to get to know each other. They are not experienced in matchmaking, but they are determined. Yet, not everything goes as planned. The parents don’t exactly hit it off. That means Sarah and Jack spend more time together to devise a new plan to get them together and fall in love.
Instead of their folks finding love, Sarah and Jack find that they have romantic feelings for each other.
When Is The Premiere Of Love On The Danube: Love Song?
The Hallmark Channel premiere of Love On The Danube: Love Song is on Saturday, May 17, at 8 p.m., Eastern. This movie will be available to stream on Peacock up to 72 hours after the premiere. Currently, this romcom is available to stream on Hallmark+.
Why Does The Network Call Love On The Danube: Love Song A Premiere?
Why does the network call Love On The Danube: Love Song a Hallmark Channel premiere when it first premiered on the streaming channel last September? When the network originally launched the rebranded streaming channel, the intention was to create original scripted content for the streaming channel. Then, they would later premiere the content on the linear channels six to eight months later. Therefore, this is the Hallmark Channel premiere.
However, in December, the network made a major change to the rebranded streamer. Instead of creating original scripted and unscripted for the streaming channel, and making it a separate channel, the streaming channel now is programmed like all other streaming channels. Anything that first premieres on the Hallmark Channel or Hallmark Mystery Channel will now be available to stream the next day.
That means that Hallmark+ subscribers are getting a repeat.
