Why Abby Lee Miller’s Not Giving Kelly Hyland Cancer Support
Abby Lee Miller was long the queen of Dance Moms and kept the girls as well as their mothers in line. This could be seen on the show every week. If the young dancers did not get where their mothers hoped they would on the pyramid or land a good dance, it was a wild ride. Abby would discipline and talk down to the girls, the moms would snap, and no one was happy. Paige Hyland was one of the mothers as her daughters, Brooke and Paige, were prominent dancers on the show. The threesome left Dance Moms after a physical altercation with Abby but still maintain a social media presence.
Unfortunately, Kelly was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 and had a long journey ahead of her. Luckily, she just rang the bell three times for each child after completing her treatment. However, it should be no surprise that Abby Lee has not supported Kelly along the way. Abby shared that when she had Burkitt lymphoma, Kelly was not there for her. She went on to add that Kelly has the love and support of her children and ex-husband, therefore, she does not need Abby in her life.

Despite the twosome not being on good terms, Abby Lee Miller still wished Kelly well along the way. They had a lot more than a physical altercation, as Kelly sued the dance teacher twice. One time was for the altercation, and the other was for the emotional distress her daughter suffered. In the end, Kelly won $17,500, but not from Abby. Rather, Collins Entertainment shelled out the cash for Kelly to get new floors. It does not seem that Abby has really let her hard feelings against Kelly go, and vice versa.
The End Of An Era
Although Kelly Hyland and Abby Lee Miller will never see eye to eye, it is the end of an era, hopefully. Kelly is done with her cancer treatments and ready to live her best life. She hopes that she never has to undergo anything like that again, and this was the last time she was in treatment. The bell has been rung, and she not only looks good but Kelly feels good.
