Love On The Spectrum fans have jumped to defend James B. Jones after he started receiving hate. James may not be a fan favorite on the show. However, people do not think he deserves to be hated. James Jones Finally Finds Love After Hard Search
James Jones has been on several seasons of Love On The Spectrum. However, he has not had much luck when it comes to finding love. James participated in a lot of speed dating. Sadly, he revealed that he has never had a match. He did go on a date with another woman. She was into him. However, James had to let her down and say he only saw her as a friend and nothing more. After this, he went on another date where he found love with Shelley. The two hit it off and have been dating ever since. Fans love that he finally found someone to spend his time with.

Some people who have watched the show felt as though James Jones was rude. However, fans have jumped to defend him after hearing of this.
- I do not understand the hate around James. This was mainly come out after his date with Sonia.. He was so apologetic when rejecting her and people just reading too much into his behaviour.. Never ever i found him to be rude – he was honest and also very aware of his surroundings. But he got stims, which people misunderstood as him grumbling out of anger.
- People who paint him as rude are clearly not aware of autism characteristics. He’s forward, honest and clear about what he wants. I didn’t see anything wrong with how he handled his interaction with Sonia. In my opinion, it felt like she was overwhelming to him
- Hating on James? Come on, people—he’s a genuinely good guy. Like many on the spectrum, he wears his emotions on his sleeve. Sure, some might take that as rude, but honestly, I see it as honesty, not rudeness.

People hate on him? I can’t say I’ve seen that. I will say he stresses me out no end though – he’s so frenetic I couldn’t spend more than a few minutes in the same room as him. 😀

It seems as though fans do not understand why some think James is rude. He is a blunt person. However, when he lets someone know he is not interested, he is not rude, just honest. James tries his hardest not to lead people on and let them think there is something there when there is not. So, fans had his back, knowing that he did not mean anything in a rude way.
