It has been a long road for Jelly Roll, but when he was training for his first 5K, he went hard and lost an incredible amount of weight. That led him to want more, and he was determined to keep going for his 2024 Beautifully Broken Tour. While touring, he changed his lifestyle completely. He was working out all of the time, as well as having his meals prepped. Plus, he was doing cold plunges and spending time in saunas. Jelly is now preparing for his next 5K and is in better shape than he has been for a long time.
The father of two is now down two hundred pounds, which is a major feat. He is still touring but has joined American Idol as the first Artist in Residence. Jelly has already appeared on the hit reality singing competition. However, his role is far bigger, and he is thrilled. Down so much weight has been a game-changer, but what is his next goal? He wants to lose another hundred pounds. On Wednesday, April 9th, the country superstar shared this:

Jelly Roll shared that since he had dropped so much weight, he now plans on going skydiving with his wife, Bunnie Xo. She was another contributing factor to him losing weight as they wanted to have a child together. Although they raise his teenage daughter, Bailee Ann, and co-parent his son, Noah, the duo decided they wanted one that was a mix of both of them. Therefore, Bunnie has undergone IVF to expand their family, leaving Jelly to want to shape up for his kids. He maintains that he wants to be around for a very long time.
