Unexpected Jenna Ronan Returning For Season 7?
After an abrupt ending, Season 7 of Unexpected was officially confirmed by the cast. They started to put out casting calls on their social media to let prospective candidates know where to apply. In Season 6, only two familiar faces returned: Lilly Bennett and Jenna Ronan. Some were not thrilled that these were the girls who were coming back but the decision had been made to continue following their journeys. Lilly and her fiance, Lawrence, tied the knot while Jenna moved, fell in love, and found out they were having a baby together. The season then ended with no reunion, which bothered many viewers.
They felt that there was so much more to the season that was left unsaid. Fortunately, for hardcore fans, the show was returning for Season 7, and Jenna was unsure if she would be back. Initially, she had no idea if the TLC reality series was even coming back, so she shared that she was likely retired. Then, it came out that it was coming back, and now, Jenna is sharing where she stands. She made an update video as to what has happened in her life since the show stopped filming around two years ago. In it, Jenna shared she would not be doing Season 7 of Unexpected.

More so, she explained that she will likely never do reality television again. It seems that this chapter in her life is now closed, and she is ready for new and different ventures. Her eldest son, Luca, whom she welcomed in Season 4, will be headed to kindergarten in the fall. Jenna Ronan is also still engaged to JJ Della, but she will never share with her followers when and if she gets married. So, what was the fan reaction?

Now that Jenna Ronan is done with Unexpected, there were a lot of questions for her. Fans wanted to know where she stood with Dalanie DiSabato, who she and Luca moved in with during Season 6. When Jenna began dating JJ, she cut off Dalanie, as she had done in the past. It appears that their friendship never recovered. There were many questions about the validity of Season 7 of Unexpected but again, a casting call did go out. However, it does not seem Jenna Ronan will be missed all that much. Her story has run its course, but fans can keep it with her and her family via social media.
