Hearties are thrilled that Hallmark has renewed When Calls The Heart Season 13. However, this ardent fan group has a big demand for the Hallmark Channel. This is in addition to missing a young Hope Valley resident. Furthermore, this goes beyond a Season 13 wish list.

Hearties Demand Hallmark Bring Back When Calls The Heart Season 13 In 2025
When Hallmark shared the When Calls The Heart Season 13 Preview Video on Instagram, Hearties got pretty darn excited. Some even got demanding. They want the network to do one thing. They don’t want to wait until 2026, as the video promo suggests They want to see Season 13 in 2025. What did they say?
Firstly, one fan wrote, “By 2026, did y’all mean fall 2025?” Another Heartie replied, “No it’s 2026. They usually film late summer then we will get the next season probably Feb 2026.” The first fan replied, “I know. I was being facetious 😢”
Then the demands started flowing in.

While these Hearties are optimistic, they may want to remember that The Way Home held the January spot in 2023 and 2024. Then, Hallmark tried to premiere the series that stars Andie MacDowell, Chyler Leigh, and Sadie Laflamme-Snow on the streaming channel. When they reversed that decision, they moved the show to Fridays, which was not ideal.
Moreover, in 2024, When Calls The Heart Season 11 premiered after The Way Home Season 2 concluded. The year before that, When Calls The Heart Season 10 did not premiere until late July. Therefore, it is hard to know what Hallmark Media will decide to do. Hearties will hopefully have a better idea in December.
When Calls The Heart Starts Filming In Late Summer 2025
The hit Hallmark series When Calls The Heart Season 13 will start filming in Langley, BC in late summer. According to Hollywood North Buzz, the filming dates will be “Summer and Fall 2025.” Last year, they started filming in mid-July and completed filming around American Thanksgiving. The network has been filming those approximate dates for at least the past four-five years.
Furthermore, the writer’s room should be busy at work in the spring. This is when the showrunner Lyndsay Sturman and her team come up with themes and ideas of what they plan to focus on this season. This year, they will be busy making decisions.
Firstly, the season ended on a big cliffhanger with Elizabeth, Nathan, Little Jack, and Allie headed to Cape Fullerton. This is where Little Jack’s grandmother Charlotte Thornton lives and they have an insulin lab where Little Jack can get the proper treatment for his diabetes. Will the writers decide to do a time jump, or will they focus on this new local?
