Judge Orders Kim Zolciak To Undergo Psychological Evaluation
Former RHOA star, Kim Zolciak has been ordered by a judge to undergo a psychological evaluation. She had previously requested that her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann be evaluated. Yet, the tables have turned somewhat and Kim is now in the hot seat. So, what precipitated this? Keep reading for further details.
Judge Orders RHOA Kim Zolciak To Undergo Psychological Evaluation
Kim Zolciak first laid eyes on former pro football player, Kroy Biermann when she starred on RHOA. It was love at first sight and soon enough, they tied the knot and had babies. He even adopted her older daughters, Brielle and Ariana from previous relationships. This, along with four more babies, completed their big and happy family. Furthermore, there was so much of a draw that their wedding and new life together garnered a spinoff that ran for eight seasons. Unfortunately, in early 2023, they filed for divorce after over a decade together.
Things have been combative and it has not been an easy transition. They faced foreclosures, debt problems, repossessions, and the cops called regularly. Now that they have sold their Georgia mansion and are living separately, the drama has not stopped. Kim wanted Kroy to be evaluated for CTE, a head injury sustained by football players. Testing for CTE doesn’t normally happen until a person passes. The tables have since turned and a judge has ordered Kim to undergo a psychological evaluation. Not just Kim but Kroy and their children are all to be evaluated.

Kroy Biermann wanted primary custody of their four children. All six of them being evaluated by a psychologist will help to determine “recommendations that are in the best interests of the minor children.” At the same time, the cash-poor couple is financially responsible for these evaluations. To evaluate the children, it will be $3,850 which the former RHOA couple will split. More so, it must be paid at the first psych visit so the judge is not playing around. Kim likely is not losing any sleep over this as she has a new man in her life to keep her occupied.
Sad Ending
This is a very sad ending for the former RHOA couple as they were once happy but things took a disastrous turn. Their home has been sold after having to settle for less than Kim Zolciak wanted. She maintained that she could not live off of a $3 million sale but Kroy Biermann fought back. He wanted her to take what they could get so as to not keep impacting their credit. So far, the couple has not addressed this psychological evaluation order. As for Kim, she is busy promoting her new reality series, Got To Get Out. It will premiere on Hulu on April 11th and also star the likes of Spencer Pratt, Omarosa, and more.
