Wendy Williams’ Divorce From Kevin Hunter Was Finalized In 2000
Williams met her second husband Kevin Hunter in 1994, ultimately marrying in 1999. Afterwards, he became her agent.
In 2019, however, Williams filed for divorce following Hunter having a child with a mistress. Their divorce was finalized the following year.
Wendy Williams has made headlines in recent months concerning her current guardianship. The former talk show host has been living in a New York assisted living facility following a diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia.

Recently, journalist Nancy Grace spoke about Williams’ situation on her podcast series, “Crime Stories with Nancy Grace.” On the show, Grace spoke with The U.S. Sun senior investigative reporter Jessica Finn. During the show, Williams’ ex-husband became a topic of discussion, with Grace mentioning her past experiences with Williams herself.
Nancy Grace Discussed The Issue With A Prominent Senior Investigative Reporter
Grace noted, “You know, I’ve been on her show several times, that woman worked like a mule and was surrounded by people, parasites, sucking all her money. Every time I went, everybody around here was just kicked back, lounging, having a latte, while she’s out there working. Now why would he get access to her money?
Finn noted, “Well, he was the executive producer for the show. And he did a lot of work behind the scenes.” At one point, Grace interrupted to ask, “Don’t you think he ended all that when he started having sex with a mistress?”
After a laugh, the Finn continued, “But in their divorce agreement, there was an agreement for him to continue to get severance money from Wendy’s estate. So, while yes, absolutely, I understand the idea that because he did have a baby with another woman that they, you would think that they would stop it.”
