Zoe McGrady Defends Grant Ellis After ‘Bachelor’ Exit

Grant Ellis sent Zoe McGrady home after their Fantasy Suite date on The Bachelor. Many viewers weren’t happy with the decision or how she was treated throughout the season. Keep reading to find out how Zoe really feels about her elimination.
Fan Accuses Bachelor Grant Ellis Of Leading Contestant On
Zoe McGrady was hardly a frontrunner on Season 29 of The Bachelor. She barely got any time alone with Grant Ellis to build a connection. In a rarity on the show, she got a Hometown Date despite never having a one-on-one date with Grant during the season.
At that point, fans and Grant were much more invested in the other finalists, Juliana Pasquarosa and Litia Garr. The final three women jetted off to the Dominican Republic for the Fantasy Suite episode. They each got solo time with Grant on individual dates.

Grant and Litia went zip lining. He took Juliana on an adventure four-wheeling in the jungle. Zoe McGrady’s one-on-one date with Grant Ellis involved Silent Yoga, which upset many fans because if any of the women needed to talk to Grant, it was Zoe.
Grant Ellis did extend an invitation to the Fantasy Suite, which Zoe accepted. However, he sent her home at the next rose ceremony because he felt stronger connections with Juliana and Litia. He even told Litia that he loved her during their date.
Viewers find out next week who wins Grant’s final rose. But one enraged Bachelor Nation fan accused Grant on social media of leading Zoe on. How did Zoe respond to the claim?
Zoe McGrady Shares Her Take On Elimination
Grant Ellis didn’t think Zoe McGrady was the one for him. While she may have been sad to leave the show, there aren’t any hard feelings. She denied the fan’s accusation that Grant strung her along.

Zoe McGrady revealed that she wasn’t blindsided by the elimination. She said that she already knew that he wasn’t “her person” by the rose ceremony after Fantasy Suites.

Fans Want Her On Bachelor In Paradise
The fan who called Grant Ellis out for his behavior toward Zoe also wrote that they wanted Zoe to get her happy ending. In her response, Zoe said that she hopes she finds love soon.
She could still find love in the franchise if she joins Season 10 of Bachelor In Paradise. ABC yanked the spinoff from last year’s TV schedule, but it will return this year. The network hasn’t revealed a release date. And according to spoiler guru Reality Steve, it hasn’t started filming yet. In fact, he hasn’t even heard rumblings of which Bachelor Nation alums will be on the new season.
Jenn Tran’s Bachelorette contestants Jonathon Johnson and Hakeem Moulton were asked to join Season 10 during the Men Tell All special last summer. However, those are the only names officially confirmed so far.
