One of the added perks of a new season of Farmer Wants A Wife on the horizon is that there is a whole new cast to dig into. 32 single ladies are ready to put their boots on and put in some elbow grease to see if they have what it takes to snag a handsome farmer.
As for the farmers themselves, they are hoping to find a solid relationship that eventually leads to marriage, but first, they need to see if any ladies they have on the farm have what it takes to live the rugged farm life.
Jay Woods Is One Of The New Eligible Farmers On Season 3
As with previous seasons of Farmer Wants A Wife, four eligible farmers are part of the Season 3 cast, and they are each hoping that one of the 32 single ladies could potentially be wife material for them. It turns out, one of the hunky farmers in the new episodes is Jay Woods.
Jay Woods is a 25-year-old farmer from Alabama. He grew up on his grandfather’s farm, so, it’s not a stretch to say that this lifestyle is in his blood. Initially, he had lofty aspirations of going pro via football. However, an injury sidelined him and essentially put the kibosh on pursuing that dream.
While this was an unfortunate curve ball that derailed his goals, it also made him rethink his life, and this led to him returning to his family roots on the farm. From the looks of it, even though things did not work out as planned, they seemed to have worked out in the long run.

Based on Jay Woods’ social media updates, he still lives an active lifestyle, and likes to keep himself in shape. Not surprisingly, he has a lot of updates promoting the upcoming season of the show. Along with that, however, he also has a lot of updates showing off various activities, too.
As one might expect from someone who lives the farming lifestyle, Jay shares updates doing things like hunting with the boys and getting dirty out in the wilderness. However, as his updates also show, he can clean up nice when he wants to, and one lucky lady may get to call him her husband someday soon.
