Jax Taylor Reveals ‘Diva’ Moment That Was The End

Jax Taylor Vanderpump Rules

Jax Taylor of Vanderpump Rules is speaking out about the “diva” moment that he had that was the end of it all. Jax ended up not being on Vanderpump Rules anymore, but they did bring him back for The Valley. He is also dealing with a big split from his wife Brittany Cartwright. So what did Jax do to cause problems? Jax opened up about it all on his new podcast “In The Mind Of A Man.”

Jax Taylor Talks End Of Time On Vanderpump Rules

On Jax’s new podcast, he brought on guest executive producer Alex Baskin. These two talked about Jax’s time ending on the reality TV show. Here is part of what Jax shared:

“I think my final demise, which put the nail in the coffin for me, is towards the end. Obviously everybody who’s watched the show has always noticed that towards the end I would have a lot of diva moments where I’m like, ‘I’m done, I’m moving to Florida.’ I was just heated. There was a lot of arguing and fighting going on as per usual.”

Jax went on to tell a story about how the producers wanted them to go to the beach to film a scene. He thought it would take hours of driving to get there, but only about five minutes to film the scene. Jax Taylor was not feeling this drive just to film Vanderpump Rules. Instead of going, he threw a fit about it and refused to make the big drive. Obviously, they were not happy with him about the way he acted.

Jax Reveals His “Diva” Moment

Jax explained that this was a “diva” moment and maybe he took it a bit too far. He wasn’t happy with production, but he also wasn’t in charge. Here is what he said:

“I was pulling a diva moment by saying, ‘I’m not going to the beach. We could literally get the same exact conversation that we’re trying to get at the park across the street.’ They wanted us to go to the beach and help clean — which is fine — but I just was not f—ing doing it. I was not going to drive three hours and that’s when I needed a piece of humble pie.”

It turns out that Jax wasn’t just saying he wouldn’t film, but he was telling other cast members that they shouldn’t go either. Production had enough of him. Jax recently came out and admitted that he had a coke addiction, so you can also assume this wasn’t going over well with producers either. Jax does realize that he took it too far by doing this. He ended up being let go on the show, but for some reason, they brought him back for The Valley. They must know that he makes great television.

Are you shocked that Jax Taylor acted like such a “diva” and this ended his time on Vanderpump Rules? Are you looking forward to Season 2 of The Valley? Sound off in the comments below on your thoughts.
