Temptation Island recently came out with a new season on Netflix. However, fans are already asking for more. In fact, many are wondering if a reunion episode is around the corner.

While New To Netflix, Temptation Island Has Been Around For Years

Temptation Island originally came out in 2001 and aired on Fox, finishing its run in 2003. A revival of the series first premiered on USA in 2019 before moving to Netflix in 2025.

Initially, the series saw four unmarried couples who are tested with temptations on a tropical island. Players are also at times given the chance to see just what their other half is up to.

Netflix recently released the ten-part series, once again following four couple as they’re split up. By the finale episode, they ultimately decide if they will leave the island with the one they came with, end up with someone new, or depart on their own.

This time, the four couples were Brion Whitley and Shante Glover, Tayler Bird and Tyler Breshears, Alexa Santamaria and Lino Troisi, and Ashley Moore and Grant Larsen. A twist added this season was “Temptation Haven,” a tent that allowed the contestants to have some camera-free alone time. However, a red light alerts others that someone is using it.

Fans are already wondering if the Netflix run of Love Is Blind is going to have its own reunion episode. In the past, the series has seen reunion episodes following the release of a season.

A Lot Can Happen On Temptation Island‘s Reunion Episodes

These reunion episodes are usually hosted by series presenter Mark L. Walberg. Over the years, these reunions often give fans a chance to see which of the couples that left the show have worked out in the interim.

Notably, Andy Lukei and Shannon Roghair, who were contestants in the first season, got married in such a reunion episode. On the other hand, a few couples who left the island together turn out to have split up by the reunion.

As Cosmopolitan noted, while the series has been around for years, this is the first time it has been part of Netflix. One thing Netflix is famous for is their reunion episodes, with the publication even citing examples for Love Is Blind and Selling Sunset. This could make it all the more likely that such a reunion could already be in the works.

Likewise, while a reunion episode would mostly likely focus on the Netflix season, this is still a show with a lot of history. Netflix could also consider developing a reunion focusing on couples who have appeared on the show over the years.

At this time, however, the publication noted that there is no official announcement that a reunion episode is in the works for the Netflix season. Only time will tell if one is coming out.

Fans are still asking questions about what happens now for the most recent contestants. In other words, there certainly is interest in a reunion episode. Netflix released Temptation Island on March 12, 2025, and it is currently available for streaming.
