Bachelorette Star Returns To Previous Life
Jenn Tran’s life has completely changed since she was a contestant on Joey Graziadei’s season of The Bachelor. She was sent home in Week 7 but got another chance at love as the lead for Season 21 of The Bachelorette. Her season started off good but was marred with competition among her suitors.
Viewers really wanted Jenn Tran to get a happy ending. And she almost did. She got engaged to Devin Strader during the season finale. But her happiness didn’t last. They broke up within months and she aired out their dirty laundry during the After The Final Rose special.
Jenn revealed that her fiance had an abrupt change of heart and dumped her over the phone. He denied that the breakup came out of the blue. It’s safe to say that the two did not remain friends after the split.
She went on to compete on Season 33 of Dancing With The Stars and sparked dating rumors with her professional dance partner, Sasha Farber. After weeks of teasing the nature of their relationship, they confirmed that they were dating and have been together ever since.
Jenn Tran recently revealed that she’s back in school to finish up the degree she put on pause to film The Bachelorette. Despite her busy schedule, the reality star spends a lot of time on social media interacting with her fans. That means she sees the good and the bad things say about her.
Jenn Tran Loses It On Fans
In a scathing video, she went off on a fan who called her immature and blamed her for the breakup with Devin. Jenn ranted that she’s been dealing with these types of comments for too long. She denied that she was immature.
According to Jenn Tran, people seem to think she’s immature because of her race. She said that Asian people age differently. She called out racism as a reason for the assumption that she’s immature.
Mixed Reaction From Viewers
Fans of the show were divided over Jenn Tran’s video. They took to social media to discuss the points the Bachelorette lead made. Many fans showed her love with supportive social media comments.
- “I’ve mentioned it before, but people infantalize Jenn so much. The girl is 27, she can handle herself, and just because there were good guys on her season doesn’t mean she wanted to marry them.”

But not everyone was on her side. One Bachelor Nation viewer wrote,“She started well, but lost the plot somewhere in the middle. People aren’t calling her immature because she looks young.”
Another slammed her as seeking attention. “LMFAO, STOP IT!!! LET IT GOOOOOOOO.. you are keeping it alive , so that’s where your immaturity is the ability to ignore and move on. I think u just like the attention… good or bad.”
She Follows Up With Another Video
Jenn Tran had even more thoughts to share. In another video, she replied to a comment from a fan who noted that women are judged more harshly than men. Jenn agreed with that. She said that the expectation is for women to choose the right man and when they don’t, they get blamed.

She said that the expectation should be on the men to be good people instead of lying or misrepresenting themselves. Jenn didn’t specifically mention her ex, but the implication was clear.
