Brooks Nadar Shows Off Goose Egg: What Happened?
Sports Illustrated model Brooks Nader recently revealed she ended up with an enormous goose egg on her head.
The 29-year-old leads a fairly active lifestyle to keep herself fit for modeling jobs. In other words, there are plenty of opportunities to sustain injuries. More than likely, Brooks received a few blows here and there during Dancing With The Stars rehearsals.
But her latest injury shocked many fans — especially since it happened just before a photoshoot. See Brooks Nader’s injury and the ultimate results of her latest modeling job.
Brooks Nader Shares Her Huge Goose Egg With Her Social Media Audience
Everyone has had their share of ghastly injuries. But for supermodel Brooks Nader, any sort of major blemish impacts her work. As a result, fans weren’t entirely shocked when she admitted she had such an extreme reaction to her injury.
Brooks didn’t go into specifics about the incident, but she did disclose that she walked into a door. The collision was hard enough that it left her with a large bump on her forehead.
“Crashing out [because] I ran into a door days before a big shoot,” the model shared on her Instagram stories. In the photo, Brooks wears sunglasses to cover her eyes. And just above the frames on the top right side of Brooks’ forehead, viewers can clearly see a huge knot forming.
“Moments after the incident,” the 29-year-old posted a second photo. In this image, the goose egg looks far more pronounced and swollen.
“I was hysterically crying for an hour,” Brooks added.
Although likely painful and equally disappointing, Brooks felt determined to press onward.
The Model Declares, “The Show Must Go On”
Dealing with a major blemish like a goose egg would severely disappoint anyone. However, the situation becomes more complicated when the individual in question is a model.
But as Brooks put it, “the show must go on.” She later attached an image from her latest modeling shoot. Thankfully, it seems the makeup and camera crews found a way to work around her injury. Brooks uploaded a photo of herself looking absolutely stunning while eager photographers snapped her photo. She poses at an angle, smartly hiding the knot on her forehead.
The former DWTS contestant later uploaded more images from the shoot, with the injury hardly visible.
