Does Bachelor Alum Dina Lupancu Regret Not Bringing Family To Hometowns?

Bachelor contestant Dina Lupancu finished fourth in Grant Ellis’ season. He decided to send her home at the rose ceremony following hometown dates. Many fans were shocked by his choice especially since Zoe McGrady had not even had a one-on-one date.

Even though he denied it, fans think that Dina’s family not participating in the show could have played a role in it. Looking back does she regret not having them there? She spoke with Bachelor Nation following the Women Tell All and shared her thoughts.

She confessed that it was her choice to not have them there. Dina said,

“Yeah, of course. We talked about it when I got home and half of my family was like, “I can’t believe that you pulled the plug on it; we really wanted to be there.” And then the other side of my family was like, “Good. I’m glad that made you come home because now you can see clearly that you’re not ready to get engaged to a guy that’s been dating 25 girls in such a short amount of time.” My brothers were mostly the ones against it.”

She went on to say that they all felt really bad that if her feelings for Grant Ellis were genuine then they ruined things by not showing up.

Overall, Dina said she believes things happened the way they were supposed to. She does not have regrets. Plus, she shared that if it wasn’t going to be her at the very end, she didn’t want a rose for just one more week. So she reiterated that it all worked out the way it should.

At the Women Tell All she was able to get some closure.

What’s Next For Dina?

Dina Lupancu was asked if she plans to possibly head to Bachelor in Paradise next. She said she really doesn’t know. There is nobody she really has her eye on although she did admit there are a lot of cute guys in Bachelor Nation.

Dina said she hasn’t creeped on any of them yet so she just isn’t sure. Up until now, she had been reliving each episode and only stuck in those moments. Now, she thinks she can move forward and think about what is next for her. Sounds like perhaps fans will see her on the Mexico beach this summer.
