‘My 600-Lb Life’ What Happened To S2 Chuck Turner?

My 600-Lb Life Season 2 featured the story of Chuck Turner. Unlike many other contestants, his weight gain began later in his life. He had an unhealthy relationship with food at the age of 30 after the tragic murder of his first wife. He ballooned to 693 pounds, making him one of the heaviest patients of Dr. Now in the season. However, Chuck was determined to turn his life around and did an impressive job transforming himself. Keep reading to see what he’s up to today.
My 600-Lb Life: Chuck Turner’s Failed Marriages Affected His Weight Loss Journey
Chuck later remarried to a woman named Nissa. However, his marriage faced many obstacles, eventually leading to a divorce. As a result, Chuck continued binge eating. He fell in love again with a woman named Erica on a blind date. The two tied the knot, though it seems they also got divorced due to Chuck’s “divorced” status on Facebook.

But despite all the heartbreaks, the My 600-Lb Life star didn’t give up and followed Dr. Now’s orders. He quickly lost enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery. The lymphedema was also removed from his legs, allowing him to move more easily. Chuck parted ways with Dr. Now at 343 pounds.
What Happened To Chuck?
Chuck has yet to share his current weight. But many of the My 600-Lb Life star’s photos on Facebook indicate that he has become much slimmer than his appearance in Season 2. He recently posted a photo of a burger and fries, indicating that he’s still using his Facebook profile. It may also indicate that he’s having issues with unhealthy foods again. He also joined an FB group called “Living in Louisiana,” which implies that he may have relocated to the state.

One of his last photos was a throwback picture of himself with a caption that says, “I will finish 2024 successful.” It also appears that he has completely stopped falling in love again due to his frequent posting of quotes about self-love.
My 600-Lb Life: Chuck Turner’s Career
Chuck Turner has also been thriving in his career as a vehicle mechanic. The My 600-Lb Life star has uploaded photos from his workplace, which appears to be his home garage. He has shared photos of lifting up cars to repair their wheels and many other parts. According to Chuck, he’s been running the business since 1997.

Sadly, nobody seems to step up and run his business because he never had a child with his past wives. Chuck has also shown interest in driving large trucks. Unfortunately, he hasn’t shared if he actually drove one.
TLC has yet to share a new season of My 600-Lb Life. The 13th season ended with its seventh episode on February 12, 2025. If you are looking for more reality TV news, come back to TV Shows Ace for all your updates.
