Things only got better for Tiffany after she realized that she could drop pounds easily. She shed 257 pounds by the end of her episode, dropping her to 415 pounds. But based on her recent social media posts, it seems Tiffany is far from her last reported weight.

Tiffany Barker has been in touch with the fans on social media. Many of her posts today are about her weight loss journey. Recently, the My 600-Lb Life star uploaded photos of herself showing off her drastic transformation. Tiffany has yet to share her current weight. But she revealed in September 2024 that she was able to drop herself down to 300 pounds and is now looking forward to 250 lbs.
