From the moment he entered The Golden Bachelorette mansion, viewers fell for Jonathan Rone. Not only was he attractive but he was well-spoken, kind-hearted, and a genuinely good man. He did not appear to be full of himself and connected quite well with the first-ever Golden Bachelorette, Joan Vassos. She seemed to really care for him but it was also clear that she had her sights set on Chock Chapple. He was someone she had a deep connection with from the very beginning and that was not going anywhere fast. Jonathan was sent home but fans had hope.
They hoped that he would end up as the next Golden Bachelor. Unfortunately for viewers, that would not happen as he revealed that he found love shortly after exiting the mansion. Jonathan began dating a woman named Michelle Zimmermann and he was blissfully in love. The two loved to go on adventures together and even spent the holiday season giving back. They sat side by side, giving blood which was such a sweet moment. Unfortunately, Jonathan took to his social media to share some heartbreaking news.

He is now a single man. Jonathan Rone explained that he had been waiting for the right time to share this news and he did it with kindness and dignity. More so, he was very gracious toward his ex but noted that he realized his relationships had ended in these unexpected ways. It appears he is always blindsided and left wondering but has not given up hope that his person is out there.
