In a recent episode of Shark Tank, fans were treated to an unexpected mix of business and playful flirting when Barbara Corcoran, the real estate mogul, interacted with Smith Baggett, a cattle rancher and tech entrepreneur. Baggett was pitching his product, the flaminGO Charger. A portable device designed to keep phones and e-cigarettes charged in rural areas. Dressed in a bright pink coat, cowboy hat, and boots, he quickly caught the attention of Corcoran, who couldn’t hide her admiration for the charming entrepreneur.

The FlaminGO Charger’s Success

The flaminGO Charger is a compact, pre-charged device that offers a 3-in-1 charging option with a USB-C, Micro-USB, and Lightning Cable port. It’s designed for people living in rural areas where charging options are limited. Baggett came up with the idea while working on his tractor in Georgia, often finding his phone dead and unable to reach anyone for help. The charger, which fits easily into a pocket or even a cowboy boot, retails for $12.99 to $19.99 and costs just $3.65 to make.

During the pitch, Corcoran couldn’t resist complimenting Baggett, comparing him to her first boyfriend, who was also a cowboy. As the conversation became more playful, Corcoran began to flirt. Telling him, “Honestly, I’d do it for 20%, but I’m supposed to act like a shark. But for you, baby, I’m not a shark, I’m like a guppy in your arms.” The banter continued, with Baggett responding. “I was gonna tell you the next time I see you it will be in my dreams when I go to bed at night.” Fellow shark Robert Herjavec even jokingly exclaimed, “Get a room!” as the flirtation continued.

Despite the lighthearted atmosphere, Corcoran sealed the deal, offering Baggett $100,000 for 25% of the company. After the agreement was made, Baggett playfully swept Corcoran off her feet. Lifting her into the air and spinning her around in celebration. Kevin O’Leary, another Shark Tank investor, called it one of the most entertaining presentations in the history of the show.

Smith Baggett Expresses His Gratitude

Corcoran was impressed by Baggett’s entrepreneurial spirit. Saying, “He’s built a great business and has the grit, hustle, and enthusiasm it takes to turn flaminGO into a household name. I couldn’t resist saddling up with Smith on this ride! He’s a real winner.”

Baggett, meanwhile, expressed his gratitude for Corcoran’s investment. Noting that her reputation and intuition were key factors in his decision to accept her offer. The episode was a fun and memorable one, showing that Shark Tank isn’t just about business—it’s also about building relationships, having fun, and enjoying the journey.

As Shark Tank enters its 16th season, fans can expect even more surprises and thrilling moments. Corcoran herself teased that she spent a lot of money this season and worked with some incredible entrepreneurs. Making the stakes higher than ever before. What do you think about this deal?
