Bentley’s 16th birthday marks a special moment not only for him but for his parents, who have had a rocky relationship over the years. The episode shows Maci, Ryan, and their partners, Taylor McKinney and Amanda Conner, coming together to celebrate this major milestone in Bentley’s life. The family plans a surprise that Bentley will never forget: a brand-new car!

In the preview, we see the family preparing to unveil Bentley’s gift: a used, blue Jeep truck. Taylor, who is Maci’s husband, explains the plan to Ryan. “You think he’s gonna be surprised with that truck?” Taylor asks, to which Ryan replies with excitement, “God you know he is!” The plan is set: Taylor is going to ask Bentley for help and lead him toward the surprise.

Bentley’s acknowledgment of the same age his mom was when she got pregnant with him reminds fans of the original 16 and Pregnant series, where Maci’s journey began.
