North West was recently asked to perform “I Just Can’t Wait To Be King” from The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl. While North did not appear to be nervous at all, Kim was freaking out. She then revealed that she cried the whole time she was performing. However, Kim did send out a message to anyone who wanted to hate her daughter or her performance.
“This is a big responsibility for a little kid. I already know what’s coming, you know, that she’s not Whitey Houston — duh! Oh, she got the job cause of her parents. North is the moment. They want to see North West on a TikTok, on this, on anything, because she’s a personality, a performer, and if anyone wants to hate on a child that is having the time of their lives… F— you.”
Fans understood why Kim wanted to defend North. However, North ended up doing a great job and making her mother proud.

Kim Kardashian has revealed that her daughter is more popular than her family. She was looking at analytics and was in shock when she realized.
“[North] generated 22 billion impressions and over $1 billion in advertising, media…Wait a minute. North West has 18% more popularity than all of her family members. Um, okay, we’re gonna have to work on this. North, you’re not gonna take me down.”
While fans knew she was joking, they would not be surprised if Kim really did not want her child to be more popular than her. North is popular amongst fans with her funny TikToks and out-of-pocket things she says. While most do not approve of her father, this is not her fault and they try to not push that onto North. Kim will continue to let her daughter shine in the world and defend her from anyone who has something negative to say about her.
It seems that North is getting up there in the popularity contest. In fact, she is currently beating out her own mother and her aunts who are extremely popular as well. Fans love seeing Kim protect North. However, Kim also recently revealed that she is not ready to give up her own job to start being a “momager” to North. So she is trying to find a good balance.
