Contestant Confesses Love To Wayne Brady On ‘Lets Make A Deal’

On a recent Valentine’s Day-themed episode of Let’s Make a Deal. A contestant named Kendra caused a hilarious and dramatic moment on stage when she confessed her love to host Wayne Brady. Kendra, who was dressed as a fitness fanatic. Was ready to play the “Love or Money” game, but things quickly took an unexpected turn when she boldly told Wayne, “And I love you.”
Wayne Brady Played Along With The Contestant
Wayne, known for his sense of humor and quick wit, played along with Kendra’s heartfelt admission. The playful interaction set the tone for the rest of her game, where Wayne presented her with a fake ATM machine. Kendra had three swipes of a fake bank card to try and win money. The first swipe revealed $400, but Wayne then gave her a choice: she could either take a second swipe or take a giant gift bag next to model Tiffany Coyne. Not sure what was inside, Kendra decided to pass the gift bag to another contestant, Angelina. When the gift bag was opened, it revealed a “Zonk Life” purse, a typical Let’s Make a Deal prank.

As the game continued, Kendra took her second swipe of the ATM, which revealed another $600, bringing her total winnings to $1,000. Then came the final decision: Wayne offered her “Curtain Two,” a mysterious prize behind a curtain. Kendra chose to stick with the ATM machine, passing the curtain to another contestant, Gerry. Who had been celebrating his 27th wedding anniversary. Wayne tried to tempt Gerry by offering him $1,500 not to take the curtain, but Gerry decided to go for it anyway. The curtain revealed a game room worth over $6,000, which made Gerry’s decision a big win.
Kendra Confesses Her Love Again
After Gerry returned to his seat, Kendra was faced with her final decision: Wayne offered her an envelope, which could either contain a prize or leave her with a “Zonk.” Kendra jokingly asked Wayne, “Now, Wayne, why would you do this to me?” Wayne, ever the comedian, responded, “Cause that’s my job.” Kendra then reminded him, “But I told you I loved you.” Wayne pretended to be hurt by the situation and joked that the envelope was affecting their “love.” The exchange was playful, with Wayne pretending to be upset and even calling the announcer, Jonathan Mangum, to cry about it.
In the end, Kendra chose the final swipe of the ATM instead of the envelope. Wayne revealed that the envelope contained a trip to Morocco. But, Kendra still ended up with $1,050 thanks to her final swipe. Before leaving the stage, Kendra got one last chance to tell Wayne, “Thank you so much. I love you so much, Wayne,” ending the memorable moment on a sweet and funny note.
This playful interaction was just another example of the fun and unexpected moments that make Let’s Make a Deal so entertaining. Whether it’s a heartfelt confession or a surprising prize reveal.
