Kayla Wallace And Kevin McGarry Met On The Set Of When Calls The Heart
WCTH stars have loved to see Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace’s love story. According to an interview with Swooon, Kevin shared how the Hallmark series changed their lives. “I owe a lot to When Calls The Heart for. not only helping my career and giving me a job and meeting all my friends, but meeting Kayla, meeting my wife, it’s been the most special part of being on that show.”
Both actors started in Season 6. However, Kevin portrayed Mountie Nathan Grant who was one of Elizabeth’s potential love interests. But, the two became friends. Then, when they had to go into bubbles during the pandemic, they were in the same bubble. Their relationship bloomed and in November 2020, the were Instagram official. Two years later, they got engaged. Then two years later, in 2024, they married.
Kayla Wallace Left WCTH For Landman
Although Kayla Wallace loved playing Fiona Miller on WCTH, she got an incredible job offer. She is starring in Landman, Taylor Sheridan’s latest show. Taylor created Yellowstone and is one of the big creators now. Therefore, this is a huge promotion for Kayla. Could her new husband Kevin McGarry end up on the series? It seems possible. Kristoffer Polaha was in an episode. Perhaps if there is a Season 2, Kevin could have a small part and include that in his many television credits.
Kayla Wallace Has Returned To WCTH Season 12
One big surprise in WCTH Season 12 is that Kayla Wallace has returned as Fiona Miller for so many episodes. She had showed up for a small cameo in Season 11 because of a conflict with filming Landman. But during Season 12, she was on set with Kevin and they created a whole storyline for her.
This season, Fiona is deciding whether to marry a man she doesn’t love. She has sold the salon and is tying up loose ends. Be sure to watch on Sunday to see what happens next for Fiona.
