Kelsea Ballerini Opens Up About ‘Date’ With Craig Conover

Kelsea Ballerini was once on an episode of Southern Charm. During the episode, Patricia Altschul was hosting a charity event. During the event, she auctioned off Craig Conover and Shep Rose. Kelsea Ballerini also happened to be there. She was singing her song “Love You Like I Mean It”. However, she had no idea what she was getting herself into. She thought she was only promoting her song for the radio show. However, she ended up bidding on Craig Conover and winning a date with him. Shep was extremely jealous.
She Has Opened Up About Her ‘Date’ With Him
Kelsea Ballerini has opened up about her “date” with Craig Conover. However, they actually did not go on a date. They ended up giving it away for charity to someone on the radio show. The lucky winner did end up getting to hang out with Craig.
“It haunts me forever. I was on [a] radio tour, and I was doing a show for the radio station on a boat. They were filming Southern Charm on the boat. I didn’t know that. I was just there playing, ‘Love Me Like You Meant It.’ Being like, ‘Hey, radio station, please play my song.’ Little did I know my label had set up the fact that I was going to bid on a date,’ I didn’t know.”
Well, Kelsea had no idea what she was going into. She ended up being on the show and bidding on one of the main stars.
It seems as though Kelsea does not want to remember the situation. She and Craig did not end up going on a date. However, they did it for television and to promote her career.
