‘Tracker’: Justin Hartley Reveals Whether Melissa Roxburgh, Jensen Ackles Will be Back
Now that Colter Shaw has solved his white whale case in the most recent episode of Tracker Season 2, “The Disciple,” viewers want to see more progress on the mystery of who killed his father. In Season 1, Jensen Ackles portrayed Colter’s brother Russell Shaw. In addition, The Hunting Party star Melissa Roxburgh portrays Dory Shaw.

Justin Hartley On The Whether Jensen Ackles Or Melissa Roxburgh Will Return To Tracker
Tracker Season 2 just returned after a nearly three month hiatus. Now that he solved the mystery of Gina Picket, what is next for Colter Shaw? Justin Hartley spoke to TV Insider about the possible returns of Jensen Ackles and Melissa Roxburgh. They portray Colter’s siblings Russell and Dory. Will either or both be returning before Season 2 ends?
Firstly, Justin shares that the audience knows what Colter knows. Somehow, Colter does not have all the information, and the This Is Us alum shares all of the questions that Colter may have that Russell may have answers to.
Were we both being lied to, or was I being lied to? Were you in on the lie? What are you protecting me from? Because Colter’s not lying. The audience knows what Colter knows, but the question is, if the siblings know more than he does, why? What’s the point of protecting him? Why was he the one that–what are they protecting him from?
And are they talking to each other or are we all just kind of in the dark here and Colter is the one pursuing this, and everyone else is like, well, just let it go.
Most importantly, Hartley reminds fans, “Nothing can change the past, but that’s just not the way that Colter operates. So he’s sort of got different blood flowing through his veins, I think.”
Although Justin did not share whether the plan is to have a big family reunion or to have separate episodes with Ackles and Roxburgh. But, when he was pressed on whether the two would be in a future episode, he did confirm it by saying, “We’re writing for them, yeah.”
Melissa Roxburgh Wants To Work With Jensen Ackles
One person asking for a Colter family reunion is Melissa Roxburgh. Speaking to TV Line, she revealed that early in her career, she worked with Jensen Ackles on Supernatural. She would love to work with him again.
