‘Wheel Of Fortune’ Player Struggles Then Starts ‘Chortling’
The Wheel of Fortune Bonus Round is supposed to be tough. Players get letters given to them, and then they get to choose four more letters. At that time, they only have 10 seconds to solve the puzzle and win anywhere from $40,000 to $100,000. On a recent episode, a woman began nervously giggling before giving a ridiculous answer.
Here is what happened when the woman failed to solve the Bonus puzzle.
Woman Chortles In Bonus Round On Wheel Of Fortune
On a recent episode of Wheel of Fortune, a woman named Tee Wallace, from Poway, California, made it to the Bonus Puzzle. However, once she got there, she had no idea what the answer was. To make up for her struggles, she began to giggle and gave a ridiculous answer that made no sense as time ran out.
Tee played against Jenna Henry from Wisconsin and Nelson Lopez from New Jersey. Tee took the lead in the first round, $4,300 to Hednry’s $2,000. Lopez didn’t win anything. In the Mystery Round, Tee struggled and dropped to last place thanks to a Bankrupt.
Tee rebounded when she won a trip to Virginia and had $10,500. In the Triple Toss-Up, Tee ended up still in first place with $13,700. This meant that she moved on to the Bonus Round to try to win more money.
Woman Can’t Figure Out Bonus Puzzle As She Giggles Nervously
In the Wheel of Fortune Bonus Round, Tee Wallace was very excited to have this big chance. She was already giggling when she spun the wheel to get her mystery prize envelope. She then moved over to the main board and chose the category “Phrase.”

As always, Wheel of Fortune gives the most basic of letters to players for free (R, S, T, L, N, E). This gave Tee the following puzzle to work with: “_R_ _ / _N_ / _R_ _ER.” After looking at the board, Tee chose the following letters: D, M, G, and A. That then led to the following puzzle: “_R_ M AND _R_ _ER.”
Tee stood there confused, but then she started giggling again nervously. She then giggled and guessed: “Crim and Cremer,” neither of which really makes any sense as words or a phrase. Ryan humored her and said she was “close” before revealing the answer was “Prim and Proper.”
“I thought you were on to something. You were laughing over there,” Seacrest said. He showed Tee that she would have won $40,000 (the minimum prize) if she had gotten the answer correct.
