‘Live’ Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos Follow Son To Michigan, Why?
It seems that Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are on their way to Michigan. This is the time of the year that they are usually headed to California, so seeing the couple heading to Michigan seems surprising. However, there is a really good reason that they two are making this trip.
Here is what you need to know about Kelly and Mark’s upcoming trip.
Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos Supporting Son In College
It sounds like Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are headed to Ann Arbor, Michigan, to offer support for one of their kids. The power couple has three children – Michael, 27, Lola, 23, and Joaquin, 21.
Michael lives in New Jersey and is in entertainment, working for Bravo. Lola lives in London, working on her music career. However, Joaquin is their youngest, and he goes to college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
He also has a big event coming up: the 26th Annual Mock Rock Benefit Show. Joaquin wrestles for Michigan, and his team has a fundraising show on February 18. According to reports, Kelly and Mark should be there (via WCRZ radio). This is Joaquin’s senior year, and the radio channel mentioned this would be the last time to attend an event like this to support him.
The show’s proceeds will benefit the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos Also Headed To Los Angeles
While they will be in Michigan to support their son in his talent show, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are also headed to Los Angeles very soon. They will be going to California to host Live with Kelly & Mark’s After Oscars Party.
There are chances for people to get tickets to the After Oscars Party. This takes place on Monday, March 3, at 6:00 a.m. PST. “LIVE is headed to Hollywood, CA where the show will broadcast a special Oscar ®-themed edition live from the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center® on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 6:00AM PT.”
Anyone who wants to attend can request tickets here. The morning of the show, anyone attending has to be there at 4:00 a.m. PST to catch the shuttle to the Dolby Theatre.
During the Academy Awards, Kelly and Mark will be backstage and talk to the winners as soon as they walk back after winning the Oscars. They will show these interviews during the show the next morning. Conan O’Brien is hosting the Oscars this year.
